Polish (US)

Sometimes called "The Little Aristocrat", the Polish rabbit is a small bunny - adults should be less than 3.5 pounds in weight. Despite their name, they probably come from England or Germany, and were first imported into the US in 1912.

Their ARBA approved colors are Black, Blue, Chocolate, Blue-eyed White (BEW), Ruby-eyed White (REW) and Broken (white with patches of black, blue or brown). A Lilac variety is in the process of obtaining ARBA recognition.
